In a world of fast foods and overloaded schedules, we're delighted to bring you a few slices of the slow life. We can bring custom brisket or any of our other custom meats straight to your door.
We spend over 24 hours preparing our Texas beef brisket and it is guaranteed to bring you back for more. We slow marinade it, apply dry rubs and then smoke the brisket using pecan and oak woods for 12 to 14 hours. Of course, we add a quick mesquite finish to make even the hardiest BBQ connoisseurs go weak in the knees.
One of our briskets will usually feed 10-12 folks. Of course, this depends on how fast Uncle Charlie comes back for "seconds".
Your brisket is heavily wrapped in foil and kept in well insulated coolers that sees it delivered to you piping hot, juicy and oh so tender. We can slice it and dress it out extra lean if you like.
